Payroll is complicated and must be completed on time and you as the employer are responsible for the mistakes.  Late, missing or incorrect payroll reports can also affect your employees’ Universal Credit payments and you can be charged a late filing penalty if you’ve paid any employees and do not send an FPS or send one late. We can provide a service for you that is tailor made and may include any of the following:

  • Calculating and producing employee payslips including deductions

  • Monthly summary reports

  • Dealing with leavers and starters

  • Provision of analysis of staff costs

  • PAYE returns for the Revenue

  • Help with the setting up of automated payment to your employees

  • P11D and P9D benefit and expenses returns

Ensure that you plan the setting up of a new PAYE scheme appropriately as if you are a new employer and do not report or pay HMRC within 120 days your scheme will be closed.
